A Blank Journal
In the back of my mind, I’ve been thinking about blank books. It takes a specific form of discipline to write in a journal without prompts. I always think of them as more of a place for stuff – all the tickets, brochures, receipts, and wrappers that strike you as interesting.
Now there’s a blank Gadanke journal…
I fell in love with the 100% recycled pink and black chevron paper when I stopped in a little stationery shop in Germany. “Boy, that sure is pink,” Martin said when I showed him. I think that’s the reason I love it! We live in an airplane hangar. We’re having a baby boy. It’s officially my responsibility to bring the feminine touch into our lives, right?!
If you’re a fan of pink, this journal is for you!
Of course, if you’re not a pink person, I have you covered, too. Here’s a peek from inside “This is Bliss”:
It reminds me of summers in Berlin. The grass gets so green. There’s live music in the park. The skies are blue. It’s bliss.
And this peek is from “Joyful Things”:
This cheery journal was inspired by a photo my brother sent of his little girls playing in a splash park. Sweet smiles and sunny swim suits for little girls are too cute. And those girls are such a joyful thing in my life.
What is your magic? Your bliss? Your joy? Are you up for the blank book challenge?
