POOF! I’m giving you a {Journey} travel journal from the shop and a ticket to anywhere in the world.
**GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED. THANK YOU**
Where will you go?
Would you come visit Europe for some site seeing and hazelnut ice cream?

Would you slip into the quiet mountains or the beach for some relaxing?

Or maybe you’ve got something completely different in mind. What is it?!
Tell us your pick and which travel journal color you’d pick, and I’ll randomly draw a winner for a {Journey} travel journal. (Sorry – travel expenses to dream place #1 not provided) ;)
**GIVEAWAY IS NOW CLOSED. THANK YOU**
Meanwhile, we’re traveling ourselves today. Some of you commented over the last few weeks, “I can’t wait to see what you guys have planned next!”
Well brace yourselves because this change is so big that even Martin and I don’t even know how to handle it yet. At all.

Seychelles. I lived there as a small child, and I’d love to go back. And while I’m in the area, I’d love to do some more wandering around east Africa.
I love the Blue Lagoon color.
June 20th, 2011 at 6:35 am
I’d pick “Blue Lagoon”. It is such a calming color! I would love to just spend some time exploring the mountains that are so very close to us here in CO with my daughter.
June 20th, 2011 at 7:00 am
Blue Lagoon.
And along that line, I’d love to go somewhere with a fabulous beach and amazing sunset views.
June 20th, 2011 at 7:12 am
Sandy Beach…. I’d choose Greece/Turkey. Yes. Yes. Yes.
June 20th, 2011 at 7:22 am
Bella Portenza, Italy. My family roots begin in that area, I would love to see where we started and add to my family research project!
I LOVE travel journaling. I have kept one for the trips my husband and I have taken. It is fun to relive the trip through words and pictures.
Thanks Katie!
June 20th, 2011 at 7:34 am
Blue Lagoon! I’m on vacation right now… but my husband I would love to take a train ride across the US that features all sorts of historical citites (once we have an extra $5000 laying around!)

I’d pick “Blue Lagoon” as that was actually the name of the resort Drew and I recently stayed at in Greece for our anniversary trip. :)
June 20th, 2011 at 8:22 am
I grew up in the Rockies so I absolutely love the mountains but I’ve lived in Europe so I have a craving for city breaks and visiting museums and eating good food. give me both and I’m a happy camper!
June 20th, 2011 at 8:29 am

June 20th, 2011 at 8:43 am

I would choose ‘Summer Sun’, in hope of getting plenty when we go sailing with my daughter and her family!
June 20th, 2011 at 9:25 am
Blue Lagoon!
My dream trip? Prague, Berlin, Istanbul, Venice…..Maybe I’d just pack the husband and kids for a 3- month jaunt, Rail pass in hand….
June 20th, 2011 at 9:32 am
This is a great question because I’ve had a yearning for a trip lately, but am unable to decide where the six of us should go. Perhaps a trip to visit family in Iowa–not very glamorous but family is important.
Blue lagoon is such a lovely color for a journal. I’m looking forward to hearing your news.
June 20th, 2011 at 9:34 am
the “summer sun” is beautiful!
it would be so hard to choose one place to go! i always love returning to my “home” of the Netherlands, but i would also love to see greece or israel, or head out to thailand. but, feeling as tired as i do this week, a nice, simple, quiet vacation in a cabin in the mountains would hit the spot. :-)
June 20th, 2011 at 9:51 am
I’d pick blue lagoon! I’d use it on my trip to the Jersey Shore (fist pumping excluded)
June 20th, 2011 at 10:01 am
I would love to return to Europe! And I’d probably pick the Summer Sun journal.
June 20th, 2011 at 10:05 am
I’d pick the summer sun for sure! I love your albums. We are about to go on a road trip from Michigan to Florida, leaving this sunday. I’d love to travel Europe when my kids are older!
June 20th, 2011 at 10:41 am
I would normally go for the Summer Sun, but I think the soothingness (not a word) of the Blue Lagoon is what I’d need right now.
As for where–I’d go pretty much anywhere, given the chance, but Israel is always high up on my list.
June 20th, 2011 at 10:51 am
I’m a beach beach beach person, so that’s an easy choice for me! Of course to continue with the beach theme I’d pick sandy beach as a color =)
So excited to see you get to share your big news!! =)

I love the Blue Lagoon color.
June 20th, 2011 at 11:34 am
A different perspective because we do live in Europe…I’d Journey our travels back to the US the next time we are there! Then I would have something practical to show to my kids while we’re back home in Europe. Sandy Beach color, please. :)
June 20th, 2011 at 11:41 am
Great giveaway! Sandy Beach is so nice and I would definitely head west to the rocky mountains for some hiking and camping. :)
June 20th, 2011 at 12:21 pm
wow…so many choices. if money were no object i’d love to take about a month and travel all over europe. spain, italy, france, greece, ireland…then it’d be a proper travel journal.
i’d also settle for florida since we’re going there in two weeks for a little vacay! any vacation is a good vacation! :)
i love the summer sun color!
June 20th, 2011 at 12:47 pm
I think “sandy beach” would be classy for going east… northeast to the Baltic and Russia, straight east to a friend in Ukraine, way east through the Caucasus to the central Asian “Stans”… maybe I ‘d need a few journals to be ready for all that!
June 20th, 2011 at 2:00 pm
Summer Sun is my favorite album color.
I would love to be Poofed back to Guadalajara, Mexico to Plaza de Armas in the heart of downtown with the Sunday evening orchestra playing and the pigeons eating birdseed at our feet. It is my dream to return with my children and show them the place I fell in love with as a teenager.
June 20th, 2011 at 2:02 pm
I’ve visited Berlin last year and I would be happy to go there again :-). But London is high on my list to and I wouldn’t mind somewhere quiet with a Nice view either… Haven’t made any arrangements yet, so anything is possible! I love the yellow of the Summer Sun journal!
June 20th, 2011 at 2:53 pm
Summer Sun! The top of my dream vacation spot right now would be a trip to London and Paris.. I’ve never been to Europe and would love to see some of the iconic places I see on television all the time!
June 20th, 2011 at 4:19 pm
Sandy Beach…We are hopefully off to Cambodia soon.

June 20th, 2011 at 4:42 pm
Oh I’d love the Sandy Beach is calling me. As far as traveling it would be easy as my Hubby & I haven’t really been able to go anywhere as well budgets always tight so to be able to get him on a plane for the 1st time would ROCK. I’d love to take him to Dominican Republic so he could meet my grandmother & uncle. Thanks for the chance!
June 20th, 2011 at 4:53 pm
Blue lagoon! I’ve for Ireland on the brain, as I’ve just gotten home from a trip. I’d turn right back around if oven the chance!
June 20th, 2011 at 5:01 pm
Wow…I’d pick “Sandy Beach” and would love to bring it along when we travel to Daytona every summer. Can’t wait to hear all the details on your next big “adventure”. We are working on living in Europe for 6 months out of every year in the next 3 years time. We’ve already downsized and will have our Love Shack paid for so we hope to rent it for 6 months and live in Italy, France, England and Austria off and on every year.
June 20th, 2011 at 5:12 pm
I’ll take a ticket to anywhere please!
June 20th, 2011 at 5:29 pm
I love the Blue Lagoon color! And if I could go anywhere, I’d go back to China or I’d go to Ireland. I’ve been to China and I want to go back to see the people I met there and also to explore the country more. And I’ve been fascinated with Ireland since I was a kid. My grandfather was first-generation Irish-American so it holds a special place in my heart.
June 20th, 2011 at 5:36 pm
I would go to Tuscany and I would take the Summer Sun journal with me :)
June 20th, 2011 at 5:41 pm
I’d love the Blue Lagoon one!
I’d go back to my village in the Dominican Republic where I served 15 years ago as a Peace Corps volunteer. I haven’t been back since, though I think of them every day.
Of course, I’d be thrilled with going anywhere… Europe, Alaska, South America. You name it, so long as there’s not a war there, I’d be happy to go!
June 20th, 2011 at 6:15 pm
Blue Lagoon! I’d like to go ahead and go on our “anticipated” trip for next year–Budapest and Marrakech! I don’t think I can wait till next year!
June 20th, 2011 at 6:40 pm
I left part of my heart in Kherson, Ukraine when I moved back to the States 11 years ago. I lived there for five years after college, teaching American expat kids and loving every minute of it (almost!). I’d go back there in a heartbeat! In fact, my 9-year-old daughter and I are planning a trip there this fall. I cannot wait to show off my beautiful girl and to introduce her to my friends and my second home.
And I like the summer sun color. Beautiful!
June 20th, 2011 at 7:14 pm
First off thanks for the giveaway. I would love to go somewhere I’ve never been. Yes I am open to anywhere, I love to travel as long as my family can come along.
June 20th, 2011 at 11:26 pm
I am looking forward to a trip to Denali National Park to memorialize my dad, who passed away last summer. I would choose “Summer Sun” because it is happy and cheerful.
June 21st, 2011 at 1:11 am

June 21st, 2011 at 2:31 am

June 21st, 2011 at 9:09 am
The Blue Lagoon color is great!
My dream trips would be to the British Isles with my husband, visiting the isle his grandparents came from, or a cross Canada trip with our kids camping with a pop-up trailer along the way in national and provincial parks….one day.
June 21st, 2011 at 10:28 am
Italy! And I would pick the sandy beach color – it comes with no pre-determined expectations – let the cards fall as they will!
June 21st, 2011 at 10:45 am
would totally pick Italy … (and the Sandy Beach color)
June 21st, 2011 at 11:26 am
Summer sun is so bright and cheerful. We haven’t had much sun recently and need the bright yellow.
Since finding your blog, I’ve enjoyed reading it so much I’d like to visit you for a cup of tea and a chat. Both of your homes look so interesting.
June 21st, 2011 at 3:27 pm
I’d pick the sandy beach journal. I’d love to go to Paris or Italy if it was on someone else’s dime. Next on my list is Napa Valley. :) Thanks for the giveaway!!
June 21st, 2011 at 4:06 pm
If I could go anywhere, I would pick China to do a Homeland Tour for my kids. I have to say I like the yellow Summer Sun journal color the best.
Can’t wait to see what is going to happen with you guys!
June 22nd, 2011 at 8:45 am
Blue Lagoon–how could you not love that color!?! And If I could travel anywhere I would go to some beach in Thailand or Fiji or something and just relax… I would love a little secluded place with very few tourists and a lot of water to sit next to and read a book. I think I’m relaxing just thinking about it…
June 23rd, 2011 at 1:26 pm
I would love to have the summer sun so that I could journal my trip to Maine in the fall. We go every year and when I read this I thought it may be a nice gift to give our hosts to show what a grand time we had. I just received the love journal and the little things journal today and am in love with them. What a fabulous idea!!! The prompts are just what I need to get me going. Thank you.
June 24th, 2011 at 4:59 am
I would chose the Summer Sun. I would love to visit Germany and see where my husband served his Army time. He has always said it was very beautiful. Thank you for the fun giveaway!
June 24th, 2011 at 7:33 am

I’d pick Summer Sun and go to Canada / Victoria with my family. Can’t wait to hear
where you and Martin are traveling to.
June 25th, 2011 at 7:50 am
I would chose the sandy beach journal. I would love to visit Machu Pichu in Cuzco/Peru and see all those ancient buildings!
Thanks for the chance!
Have a great weekend.
=)

Right now my dream vacation would be to go see my parents! I’ve only seen them once since Christmas and our trip for 4th of July just got cancelled because of work…bummer!
I would journal in the Summer Sun yellow journal about lounging at the lake, wine tasting at the local wineries and just relaxing on my parents back porch :)
