I haven't done anything like it before, but it really does sound like a fun way to celebrate. Plus, so much fun to look back on. :) All of my scrapbooks are pretty simple by scrapbooking standards. I usually choose the simple papers and such over the busy papers. In fact, I have a lot of paper that I'm not using. Not sure how much it would cost to mail some your way, but I would be happy to see it put to use by someone!! I really love this idea! Do you have those up there? They're super cheap-o and I've found a lot of 'crafting' supplies there =) Today I'm cleaning before our trip. I can't leave the house dirty b/c then after the stress of traveling I don't want to come home to a messy house! But Christmas music is on, and the post man just rang our bell to deliver a Christmas-y wrapped package from my BIL in Bavaria. Our neighbors are coming up tonight to enjoy our last bit of firewood, cookies & a cup of spice tea, and to learn how to take care of our plants while we're away. It's very much Christmas here!
