I live in Berlin as wll and have been trying to find a good place to buy fabric outside of the small specialty shops. BTW :you can get cheap fabric at the market near Kottbusser in Berlin if you live there. Lots of trims and notions too...and sparkles! I make burlesque costumes so this has been a lifesaver!
