		<description>I&#039;ve more a fan of birthday pie rather than birthday cake -- I like the idea of using organic and/or local fruit instead of a solidly flour confection.  A thanks for the tips on eco-friendlier sprinkles.  Our grocery store carried partially hydrogenated colored bits that pretend to be sprinkles, but really taste like chalk.  Yuck!</description>
