I love the smell of the turkey baking, I love the gravy, I love the stuffing, but when it comes to dishing up my plate on Thanksgiving day, I almost never take the turkey. I take all the side dishes and love it.
But the day after Thanksgiving, and all the days following, as long as we have left overs, I LOVE the turkey soup with fresh homemade noodles, and the sandwiches made with turkey and gravy.
yum

What a novel idea....no turkey. I kinda like that. Just all side dishs.....I could very well make a meal on stuffing alone. Glad your party went so well, it looked terrific...Now, what's your plan for Christmas? How do you fit the tree and the table?

Hello Katie! I'm not sure how you found out that I subscribed to your blog but I'm glad that you came over and visited mine! I was reading through some of your posts and you seem like the type of person (and blog) that I would like to know. I am also (pseudo) vegetarian... have lived abroad... and use re-usable material gift bags with my family!

I am so glad you stopped and left a comment, you are welcome anytime. It looks like a good meal and most important thing is to be with people that matter to us.

Enjoy the holiday and have a wonderful weekend. Suzy
