You made me laugh!!! I have had the discussion of “molten butter/melted butter” with my friends from Berlin so many times. During our visit with them there, she and I spent the evenings with her teaching me some German and I helping her “refine” her English (which was excellent but not colloquial).

Congrats to Bo for almost 40 years of marriage! Don’t know if I’ll be blogging then.. but sure am hoping for Martin in my life then. I hope many of you bloggers tell us about your husbands. I’ll be watching!

Glad to hear so many of you and your spouses are so opposite in many ways, too. Makes life interesting, I think.

Meanwhile, ya’ll have embarrassed my husband to a bright shade of red. :)

I just love this post. It’s cute to hear things that are more personal but not PERSONAL. And I totally understand the whole pancake thing. Geeez. *L* I admire you for moving to Germany and only knowing how to order your favorite ice cream. That’s great. :) I bet it’s been an exciting ride. And although I’m new here I think it’s awesome that you’ve created this blog to share your experiences.

Hey, Katie! Like I said the other day, we are both very lucky women to have our Martins! They are the greatest, aren’t they? We are the same way, too. Martin likes his “computer stuff” and I like to bake for him.

Everyday here is like a sitcom in our flat. How is it in your’s?
