I gotta check the pantry. I had to laugh at the part about unlocking the door so husband can get in the house. Too funny! Happy Thanksgiving. I understand you are celebrating it today. The main purpose is to keep the apples from sticking to the pan, I think. I've tried several (but not olive oil!), and the sauce has been fine. Think I even left it out once, too... Hmm it's a good thing I'm not the one making the final measurements on our cabinets! Nothing would fit with my casual estimates. Hope you all enjoy.
