I had a one-handled faucet growing up, but Mr. Savvy never had one before. He, too, was in love with one before ever using it. Glad to see other people love them too!

Oh man... I couldn't handle a two handled faucet in the kitchen. I don't think I ever have both hands free at the same time anyway when I need to use it, and I'd end up burning myself too. Great poem! (visiting from BPOTW)

Well, in many homes in England they still have not only two handles, but two spouts (everywhere except the shower). So if you need warm water, you just need ot scold one of your hands and freeze the other. Easy peasy!

left, right no left again, right right. Anyway, I agree you are right.
They invented those single handled sink controls for that very reason.
But if your sink fixture looks like that, then it definitely has
beauty going for it, if not brains.

I agree with you. I think the one handle faucet is more efficient...that means that it's the only faucet for sale in Germany right? ;) We lived in Stuttgart, Germany for four years and fully understand the efficiency of Germans. Thanks for submitting your post!

Coming to you via BPOTW. I don't have that in the kitchen but I do in the bathrooms. I feel like I have more control over the temperature with two. That's just me:-)
