I would use decorative shams on your bed pillows. So the can stay on the couch. All earth tones would work and if your are bold enough red is an up lifting color. Red yellow and green work with an elegant look . Just do what make you happy. it is your space. You can even put a throw over the couch and hide the color if you want.

How about shades of brown with maybe a little touch of peachy pink. The couch looks comfortable. Interesting story goes with it. It’s something you will enjoy telling through the years.
